The purpose of this form is to allow the user to browse through the contents of the DATABASE table of the dictionary database.
This form is accessed by an option on the menu bar.

| Import Databases | Will import database names into the dictionary database by activating Import Databases |
| Read | Will view the details of selected entries by activating Enquire Database |
| Update | Will update selected entries by activating Update Database |
| Delete | Will delete selected entries by activating Delete Database |
| Tables | This will show Tables for selected Databases by activating List Tables by Database |
| Relationships | This will show Relationships for selected Tables by activating List Relationships by Table |
| Export | Will create an SQL export for selected Databases by activating Export Database. |
| Erase | Will remove all data from the data dictionary for selected Databases by activating Erase Database. |
| Audit Trail | Will show the audit trail (LIKE) for selected entries as described in Appendix L. |
| Output to PDF(L) | Will produce printable output as described in Output Databases to PDF (List view). |
| Audit Trail (2) | Will show the audit trail (exact match) for selected entries as described in Appendix L. |
